Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.Perishable or customized products are non-returnable.

How to Process a Return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.Await approval and detailed return instructions.Pack the item carefully and ship it to the address provided.Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Processing Time: 7–10 business days.
